Trouble signing in?

Lost your two-factor device? Use a recovery code instead of your password — or use Forgot your password?: the reset accepts the recovery code and turns two-factor off so you can set it up again.

Everything lost — password, authenticator and recovery code? A person can help, or your domain administrator can send you a one-time setup link.

A sent letter waits this long before it leaves, so you can take it back.

    Zero-access storage

When on, the server seals every incoming letter to your key before writing it to disk — nobody who operates the service can read your stored mail. Letters stored from before it was on are sealed by the sweep after each sign-in (“Older mail, sealed”, above). The envelope — who, to whom, when, and the subject — stays readable so mail can be delivered. Reading sealed mail always needs your key.

    Change password

Changing the password signs everything out — app passwords keep working.

    Where your keys live

Devices that downloaded your keychain in the last 90 days, as they named themselves. Each new one was announced to you by email.

    App passwords

For mail apps that sign in with a plain password — phones, Thunderbird, printers. One per device; revoke any without touching the others. They work even with two-factor on, so treat each one like your password: revoke it the moment a device is lost.

    Blocked senders

Letters from these addresses go straight to Junk Mail the moment they arrive — a fixed rule, not a guess. Marking one of their letters “Not junk” unblocks them again.

The advanced room. Rotating creates a fresh active key and republishes it; the old key is retired — kept on this device so older letters still open. Each key keeps its own passphrase and its own backup. Everyday privacy — sealing, the recovery kit, kept devices — lives under Privacy & security.

    Welcome back

    End-to-end encryption

Takes a Kaditham backup or a standard armored export (gpg --export-secret-keys --armor). The passphrase below must be the one that unlocks this key — an unencrypted export gets locked with it. Your key only ever leaves this device sealed — locked with your passphrase, which we never receive.

Save these six words in your password manager (KeePassXC, Bitwarden, Apple Passwords) — Kaditham Mail will not be one. Copy clears the clipboard after 30 seconds.

Your key is ready — this device can seal and unseal letters.

Key fingerprint. Compare it out-of-band (a call, a message) when someone wants to verify it's really you:
